A Year 11's Student Profile

I joined Highfields in Year 6 and am currently heading towards my last term in Year 11. I have thoroughly enjoyed my last 6 years of schooling and Highfields has acted as the perfect spring-board to launch me not only academically into later life, but emotionally, bringing me out of my shell and giving me opportunities that have shaped my personality.

The small class sizes have given me the chances to flourish as my own person and have also meant the development of tight friendships which I know will continue long after our class has left Highfields.

The teaching at Highfields has been consistently fantastic and the school has given me the support I've needed to hopefully go on to gain 10 good GCSE's. I have recently been offered a place at Truro High School to study A-Levels in English, Biology, French and either Psychology or Theatre Studies, which I am looking forward to. I will still miss the teaching, people and atmosphere at Highfields, which makes it such an excellent and exceptional place to be educated.
