How to Apply

If you are interested in finding out about a place at Highfields Private School then your next step is to order a prospectus. This can be done in a number of ways.

The first is to fill in the online order form on our contact page here. We will contact you within seven days of receiving your request to ensure all details are correct. During school holidays this may be slightly longer. School holiday dates can be found here.

If you prefer you may phone us. Office staff are available from 8.15 am until 4pm Monday to Friday. If you contact us during the school holidays you are welcome to leave a message with contact details and we will get back to you. Our phone number is 01209 210665.

The final choice is to visit the school to collect one. This would not be an appropriate time to look around the school as this needs to be booked in advance with the Head Teacher, but it does give you the chance to have a glimpse of the school. If you do want to collect a prospectus directly from the school, please telephone first.

If you are interested in a place in the school after looking at our prospectus the next step is to contact the school to arrange a meeting with the Head Teacher. This will also be your opportunity to have a look around the school. During your meeting with the Head Teacher you will be given more information about pupil places and procedures.

All prospective pupils are asked to carry out a trial week. A trial week does not guarantee a place.
