2009 GCSE Results
Teachers were pleased again this year with the GCSE results achieved by pupils:-
60% A* - C in 5 or more subjects
90% A* - D
100% A* - E in all subjects
Special mention must be made to Emily who gained 6 A*s and 1 A to add to her 2 A*s and 2 As from 2008. And James Perryman who achieved 2A*s, 5 As and 1 B to add to his A*, A and B from last year.
Year 10 pupils achieved pleasing results after only 1 year's study of the GCSE course in 4 subjects and all achieved excellent results:-
- French A* - B100%
- Statistics A* - C - 100%
- D. T. A* - C 100%
- P.E. A* - A 100%
The pupils and teachers are to be congratulated for all their hard work.
